The United Federated Forces of the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) which was an American, self-styled, left-wing revolutionary group active between 1973 and 1975.
The group committed bank robberies and two murders as well as some other pointless acts of random violence but they really hit the headlines for kidnapping media heiress Patty Hearst.
Hearst, in audio taped messages broadcast by the media, denounced her parents and announced that she had joined the SLA and she was filmed participating in their illegal activities but later said that she'd been given LSD, held in close confinement, sexually assaulted and brainwashed.
Anyway, after they were all either captured or killed 'Books, once read, make a good bullet proofing' was found scrawled on a wall in their hideout - I would like to think that Patty Hearst wrote it.
